  When I picture afternoon tea, I see a dress and cardigan being worn, or maybe a cropped jacket. Something comfortable and nice but not too overboard fancy since it's the middle of the day.

  I would wear a dress on the fancier side of casual and a cardigan over it if its sleeveless

  Hmmm, yeah, I was thinking dress too but I guess it depends on the weather (it's next Sunday).  I need clothes so bad--every time I have something like this I have to go buy something it seems.  I like the cardigan idea though.
