Thanks everyone for the advice/suggestions over the past couple of weeks.  We finally booked our venue at Macaluso's for August 2012!.. Thanks!

    Congratulations! I just booked my venue on Sunday for August 26, 2012 at the Season's. I actually went to see Macaluso's on Saturday and they were in the top running though. Congrats once again... I know exactly how excited you must feel.

    I just booked last night! Saw Seasons on Saturday and Macaluso's on Sunday actually. After looking at about 15 places over the past few weeks we finally decided on a place. Seasons July 2012 :-) Congrats to everyone!

    Yes Seasons and Graycliff were both runners up.  Seasons puts on a great wedding. My best friend got married there 2 years ago.  Good luck!

    I was quoted $105 per person + tax/gratuity for a Friday night in September.  This did not include the venetian hour which was an extra 15.. This is before negotiating.. You may be able to get them down but we didnt try because we loved Macalusos.. Also this was for the smaller upstairs room (125 min).. Hope this helps!

    My friend paid $175 pp, downstairs room, everything you could possibly think of for a Sunday evening in April.

    Depends how flexible you are with your date. Seasons didn't have availability for any of the Saturday nights I wanted, so I checked on my current date which is a mid week date but the day before a holiday, therefore people would be off from work the next day. I think we got a pretty good deal for the quality and quantity you get and we were able to negotiate a little bit on the viennese hour. Saves my fiance and me a lot of $ versus a Saturday there. Their sister place, the Venetian, was already booked for my date so I guess someone else had a similar idea haha. PM me if you are curious about the original prices they quoted us for Fri, Sat, Sun.     congrats, i'm August 2012 too and have been looking all over and feeling the need to book a venue soon.  I know it's important so I dont want to rush it but also don't want to wait too long
