Destination brides......

I know there are at least 1 or 2 here, and I need help.

Are you guys doing a rehearsal dinner/welcome dinner?  If you are, who are you inviting? 
I know that, traditionally, rehearsal dinners are for the wedding party, parents, and out of town guests.  But EVERYONE is an out of town guest and it's going to be a REAL money crunch to feed everyone 2 meals in 2 days, even if the rehearsal dinner is a low-key one.

    We'll probably have a welcome dinner for anyone who wants to come, but we are staying at an all inclusive resort so it's a little different. I totally understand about not wanting to pay too much, so if you want to invite everyone what about just having appetizers and drinks? Other wise I would just invite the wedding party and parents to a rehearsal dinner.

    The only people who need to be at the rehersal dinner are your wedding party, their dates, and your immediate family. Don't worry about the rest of your guests, they will be able to entertain themselves, especially if they are in a fun location and want to explore.

    Hi. We're staying at an all inclusive, so anyone that would like to join us for the welcome dinner can. I agree with the previous person. Just invite immediate family and friends. Don't stress too much : )

    We'll probably do a "we'll be here at __________buffet/lounge/whatever- join us if you like" non hosted thing (it's in Vegas) :)

    I'm the same way, we are doing it in Vegas so we are going to have a "meet and greet" instead of a rehearsal dinner and we're just going to tell people we are meeting at such and such a restaurant if they want to come and then they can pay their own way if they decide that's what they want to do.
