Have you looked at DSW? I ordered mine from their website.

    These all come in blue:

If you would prefer to try them on in the store instead of ordering online, I know that both david's bridal and payless offer a line of shoes that can be dyed.  I'm sure that you could choose a shade of blue and a style that would work.  I think these run about $50.

Thanks! I have my heart set on the Me Too Stellina in royal blue, but they are all sold out and nowhere to be found :( If anyone has a pair size 8-9, I'll buy them!

I bought dyeable shoes from a bridal salon, and had them dyed at Mancinos on Sylvania Ave. for under $25.

I bought TOMS classics for my wedding and painted them a royal blue. I know that TOMS sells wedge heels, although it isn't low.

Plus, I'm guessing you want something a little dressier.
