Who has more power in your relationship? Unfortunately he probably does

Which one of you married/dated up? Depends, he always says he never thought he could land someone like me, but he makes more than me. Looks wise, I guess we are pretty equal.

Who is the better spouse/partner? I am...No doubt!

If you could change one thing about your relationship, what would it be? That we would listen to each other and validate each other more

Who has more power in your relationship?

I think I do to an extent. We will try and compromise if there is a disagreement, but more often than not we end up going with what I proposed.

Which one of you married/dated up?

We both did. I got a guy who was willing to be with someone with some serious emotional baggage, and I have a little bit more education than he does and have my career pretty much set in stone.

Who is the better spouse/partner?

He is. He is really good at calming my crazies. And he definitely put up with a lot of bullshiitt that I put him through

If you could change one thing about your relationship, what would it be?

His family is BSC. I love them, but I can't wait until we move next year after I get out of Basic Training.

Your favorite thing about your relationship?

We are goofy as hell. I love being able to be myself around him, stupid moments and all.

Thanks, Arwo! In regards to who I ended up marrying - I feel quite similarly. The business contract is an interesting take. I never thought of it as manipulative. I'm not sure I agree, but it's definitely interesting to think about!
