Portland restaraunt with private dining for 25 people

We are thinking out a wedding in the Portland area for immediate family only. We would have aboue 25 people. Does anybody have any thoughts on a great restaraunt for the reception? Preferably a restaraunt that has a space for private parties, and quaint atmosphere.

    Ri Ra has an upstairs restaurant overlooking the water. You can rent out all or half of the space, and it's cozy with a fireplace.

    RiRa is a good idea - the windows that look out into the harbor make a nice backdrop.

    It's technically South Portland, but the Sea Dog has a private space that holds about 30 people.  But it might not be wedding-fancy.

    I love the Portland Regency, right in the Old Port.  They have some very nice rooms for dining and are quite accomodating. Their food is fantastic!  Good luck.

    We went to the Saltwater Grille this weekend and they had a beautiful view and two private rooms upstairs. I think we had like 20 people in and it was comfortable. They could easily add more.
