Ladies! I am SO excited I just had to share... I booked my ceremony & reception  last night @ the Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens. The place is awesome and I hope it all turns out as amazing as I'm envisioning. Now I finally feel like I can really start planning! Yay! Thanks for sharing in my joy!

    Congrats!  Boojum Tree is a gorgeous venue!

    I just realized we're on the same (tragically, dead) club board.  I've kind of given up on it and stick to the local and international boards instead.  When's your date?  Are you anxious about the weather in February at all?  I've convinced myself that it's "practically spring," so an outdoor ceremony will be fine.  My fingers are crossed for 71 degrees and sunny skies!

    Hi Celles- that is too funny that we're on the (dead Feb. 2011 board) and Phx. Yay! I'm guessing since it's pretty cold/snowy etc. in other parts of the county it's NOT a popular month. I have to admit I am a little nervous about it, but before deciding on February I looked at average temps./rainfall and I felt OK about it. AZ has over 300 sunny days per year... we'll hope our wedding days are in that category. My date is 2/12/2011. Are you getting married in Phx or Tucson???

    JMejia -- congrats! My fiance and I are in Australia, looking for a Phoenix-area venue because my family is there, and my sister has recommended Boojum. We're only having about 30 guests but Boojum looks great! Can I be nosy and ask what you're paying? You can e-mail me at tanalee@gmail.com if you don't want to publicize it on the board.

    We've been engaged for a year and just couldn't pick a country to wed in. I'm getting so sick of looking at websites and would love to be in your shoes and actually have the ceremony and reception spots squared away!!
