We brides are too hard on ourselves!
If you read my 1st post (back fat) then you know the story
BUT I have good news!.......my BM brought my dress up today...and she laced it up .....AND................... IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

i think losing 11lbs helped but I am very happy with it! now only 25lbs to go......guess that donut didnt kill me after all!

It's amazing what 11 pounds will do, right? I keep thinking... oh... I am never gonna lose enough weight to make an actual difference ! But, 11 pounds is a sack of potatos plus one... so, that DOES make a difference!

Congrats! I've lost 23 pounds so far and i feel great! Not gonna lie there are times when i crave a douhnut or a slushy but I know I love the outcome and how much better I feel so keep up the good work!
