    I think some of this may have been messed up if you copied and pasted -- but for the most part it looks good. I'd include a reception card instead of putting the reception location on the invite, if possible. This is what I'd suggest for the invite:

    Mr. and Mrs. Bride's Parents, Jr. 
    Mr. and Mrs. Groom's Parents
    request the pleasure of your company
    at the marriage of their children
    Bride Middle Last
    and
    Groom Middle Last
    Saturday, the eleventh of August
    two thousand twelve
    half after four o'clock
    The Erie Golf Club
    6050 Old Martin Road
    Wilmington, Pennsylvania

    No "and" between your sets of parents. There should be a comma after your parent's names and before "Jr." "To" should be changed to "and" since both of your parents are hosting - it just reads better that way. Everything else is great :)

    Pleas join us for a reception
    beginning at (time)
    The Scottish Rite
    4701 Old Martin Road
    Wilmington, Pennsylvania
