Bridesmaid gifts

I need some ideas on bridesmaids gifts. I have three bridesmaids a junior bridsmaid and a flower girl. I am really wanted to stay within 30 per person. I love my friends but feel like that have not helped one bit, so I really don't even think they deserve anything but thats just another story....
Any ideas on what to do....
Thanks! =)

That's pretty crappy.  Did you ask your friends to be BM so you can get free labor?  This is your and your FI's wedding, therefore it's yours to plan, not theirs.<div>
</div><div>As for the gifts, what would you get each girl if it were their birthday?  Shop like that and you can't go wrong.  Take your wedding out of it and shop for the person.</div>

Maybe they don't know what their responsibilities are, so maybe you can give them things to do. Sometimes people don't help because they need direction on how to help. It could be all a misunderstanding.  Give them something they would like

No.  It is not their responsibility to plan someone elses wedding.  If they want to help they will offer.  If not then it is the bride and grooms responsibility to plan their own wedding.

They dont have to do anything beyond getting the dress and standing up. However if they do volunteer to help with things that is up to them.

For example, my Moh is super involved because she wants to be not because I've asked her to be. Thats just the type of friend she is. :3 If she wasn't it wouldn't bother me since its really not her job to be my personal helper.

I think the PP was right about shopping like its their birthday. You need to make sure to get them something thoughtful that they'll really enjoy. I'm sure you'd be able to find something unique for each of the WP members for under $30.

i'm planning on spending about what they did on their dresses. and saying they don't deserve something is pretty low - what kind of friend are you?  they agreed to be in the wedding - the BM's job is to buy the dress and show up!
