  I could't find a nice navy pillow, but what about adding a navy "knot" to a plain ring pillow?  I think it would fit nicely with a nautical theme also.

  this is the style of ring bearer pillow that I had chosen to make.. though I did a black and white damask pattern with a big black ribbon in the middle with the broach.. I personally think it looks a little more even in the middle then you might like the broach being there. It is more of an accent then.
