Do any of you ladies know a cater who does pig roasts?

    It's funny you ask, I was just looking at caterers that roast pigs yesterday! Here is a great sight for vendors all over the country:

    I didn't have a pig roast, but I used Adeline Leigh out of Grand Rapids.  They do pig roasts.  They were very easy to work with, very professional, and very reasonable.  I see you're on the Lansing board but posting from Grand Rapids... they travel to Lansing/E. Lansing if your wedding is going to be here.  I really can't say enough good stuff about them.  You can really customize it however you want with them.
