  What price range and area would you like to stay in?
  
  Personally, I like Magnolia Hall and Greystone at Piedmont Park Conservancy. They have a pretty extensive list of vendors they prefer but will make exceptions if your vendors have a certain amount of insurance and submit required paperwork...for a fee.

  I'm pretty sure the Georgia Tech Alumni House allows outside food a drink but the vendor has to have a certain amount of insurance or you have to pay a non refundable deposit for any damages caused by the outside vendor.

  The Trolley Barn Atlanta :-) It's soooo pretty. When you first see it during the day you might be turned off, but the place transforms at sunset.
