Weird, now I want to ask you who he is in case I might know him (which is a slim chance, I'd never even heard of half my graduating class and we had lots of high schools ha, but I'm curious). I loooooove Kringle. You can get it at some of the grocery stores around here, but it's not "real" Kringle. They're small, and dense instead of flaky, and dry instead of buttery, and just not good.

Lenore - Congrats in the weight loss! That's so great!

Good morning!!! I slept in a little bit and am currently switching back and forth between Top Chef and the movie Mr. Brooks. I'm in my fluffiest robe and about to make a cup of tea and let me tell you, it is wonderful!

I think we're going to go spend a few hours a friend's house this afternoon and then we are going to the mall to do the rest of our shopping. Last night we tried out this amazing little hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant and then went looking at Christmas lights. This is the best weekend ever!

Do any of you ladies want to send me what you're baking today?! My mom is sending us some cookies this week and I have a cake here to bake but we're leaving on Wednesday evening to head to my IL's house so I hate to bake it in case we don't have time to eat the whole thing!

My husband suffers from this same affliction. Apparently what "I" make is actually what "we" made. Since we're a social unit and all. ;)

Seeing as my husband didn't ever buy gifts of anything other than gift cards before me... I'm pretty sure his family is on to him.

Although, he is really good at mixing things for me that require constant stirring for minutes and minutes on end.

I'm having a quiet day. My son is in a music recital, so I'm going to go watch him play "In Bloom" by Nirvana (?). He's a drummer. Otherwise nothing much. I'm in a lot of pain with my neck, so I'm on pain meds. Prepare for some KUI later!
