We got our save the dates in the mail this week and I realized that I spelled our wedding website wrong. Of course it is my new last name I misspelled and FI won't let me hear the end of it. Now his last name is spelled correctly elsewhere on the STD so people should be able to figure it out. Should I include a business card sized insert with the correct address? I was thinking that the writing on the STD maybe too small for people to read anyway so this would be a good way for them to be able to see it.

[QUOTE]Purchase the incorrect website too. Then, redirect both URL to the correct landing page It's probably going to be too expensive to reprint. My guess is most people won't notice, and those that do will forget. The people who don't notice may type in the incorrect address. The people who don't will type in "smithwedding.com" as it is written, for example. The people who are not paying attention to the spelling will automatically type in the correct spelling (Smithe, for example) since they know your last name is Smithe. Don't sweat it. Sh*t happens. I've worked for huge companies who end up spelling URLs incorrectly on major ad campaigns. there's no reprinting the NY Times.. you know? Good luck!

This is a great idea if you want to cover all your bases. Like PPs said, it's not the worst thing that could go wrong. People should be able to find their way to the proper site no problem.
