Ok so my FI and I live in DFW and do most of my family. His family is all from a town close to Wichita Falls. His parents have both passed away so he doesn't have any immidate family and his Aunts/Uncles and cousins are trying to step in for him as family but they don't have the finances to help with the wedding which is TOTALLY fine. Do I need to have a shower up there for his family or should we just send them an invite to the one here and if they can come great and if not I understand completely. Its not a long drive but it is an all day thing if they do come. Plus they would have to drive here and back the same day or get a hotel because none of my family has extra room unfortuantely. If I do a shower up there do I just hope one of his aunts/cousins offers or what. My mom asked me today if I was doing a shower there and I actually hadn't thought about it. Thanks in advance!
