no way - for the AM

Hey. Kudos to these people for figuring out that some people will buy anything.

Forty (plus) American Dollars, people.

Yeah. That's not embarrassing at all.

I know, right?  Also extra stupid - what's in them. Nail polish? And nail polish remover?  I hope some uninformed pubescent girl doesn't get the wrong message about what she's supposed to do with that.

I'm a little disturbed that someone getting their first period also needs thong liners/pads.

"As a free gift, we also include a unique, scented SMENCIL to help more pleasantly keep track of her cycles."

Ahhh, smencils.  Son would want a period pack just for the smencil.

I'm also giggling at the tic tacs.  Are tic tacs still popular?  Hopefully the girl knows there's one use and one use only for them.

This reminds me of TheNest post for the woman who wanted to throw her daughter a period party.

OMG. My crazy grandma totally got me something like this when I was about 10. It had little booklets that explained the reproductive system, what to expect, tampons, pads and a little polka dot case to keep the tampons in. I think there was also a video (VHS, it was the 90s and all) that explained everything also.

I remember both my mom and I being like "okkkkk"

I could buy the same with $10 at the $ General, and printing some things off of the internet.

File this under only in America.

I totally needed this when I got my first period.   I was ill-prepared.

Nola-you could start your own etsy store with your homemade period packs.   Or you could hand them out at school!

Eh, there has to be someone in the top percentile (says me, who was something like 18 months from graduating HS when mine started)

Only women with no cramps and a miniscule flow think of this sht. There will be no "welcoming" in my house. There will be the handing over of heating pads and prescription narcotics as well as a, "This lasts for like 40 fcking years. Sorry."
