  I think you should look nice, but generally they are not formal..  Definitely wear a dress, but be comfortable and especially if you'll be outside.  White House/Black Market has some great dresses and their sizing begins @ 00, then 0.  Good luck!

  I have the absolutely best dress that I wore for mine. It's Alica & Olivia, ivory color. It's gorgeous. I wear a size 0 so I know it will fit you. If your interested in it, I'm willing to sell it.   I wear a 0 or 2 also, and i know how hard it is...no matter what size you are.
  
  i usually have really good luck at Macys. i got my dresses for my bridal showers (i had 2) there. i dont know your budget, but BCBG has some really great dresses.
  
  you may even want to try Davids Bridal. they released a lot of cute spring dresses this year.
