I went to my final fitting today and my dress fit beautifully. My only concern was the extra slip/petticoat that I purchased kept slipping down on me despite me tying the drawstrings extra tight. When I asked the seamstress if she could sew the extra slip in, she said no plus she said the dress would look funny if I chose not to wear it.
I want to look right in my dress, but I don't want to bother with the hassle of a slip going AWOL. Any suggestions?
