Good news from florist!

I love the pictures of peonies in brides bouquet and was hoping I could have them in mine. When we had out first meeting with the florist, she said she couldn't promise me anything because they may not be available the weekend of my wedding. I got an email from her this morning saying my wedding weekend is the last weekend they will be available. Yay! So happy I get to have some peonies in my bouquet!

That's awesome!!

I think they like to give themselves some room for weird weather.

We're getting married the last weekend in June and I'm able to have them. I know people who got married in mid-July - in North Carolina last year and had them.

I also was in Southern Season the week before Christmas and they had a bouquet of peonies too! In December!

The florist said she thought she could get them for our wedding weekend but didn't know how pretty they would like. She wanted to be safe and not make any promises she couldn't keep.

I love peonies! I'm having them in my bouquet and the bridesmaids' bouquets. So glad it worked out for you!

Kelsey, I saw some at Whole Foods either last week or the week before. I was shocked! And they were really pretty ones, too--you would have thought it was the middle of summer!

yay that is good news! peonies are gorg! i am hoping to have peonies at my wedding too, early June so I think I'm in the clear.
