Without getting into the whole details of how dress shopping is going, I'll just say better than expected, and I'm keeping everyone's advice in mind.

You know how shopping for jeans is like... try on 18 pairs to find ONE that's flattering? I've been so surprised to find that so many (not all, definitely not all) wedding dresses are so flattering. It's made things harder than I thought!

We went into today with 2 frontrunners and now... we're up to more.

Feel like giving opinons? Love to hear 'em.

(I have more angles of all the dresses, but I figured no one cares as much as I do so hey, look at the fronts!)

Hey, look at all the pretty dresses! I like a lot of them, but I think my favorite may be #7. It's different from a lot of the dresses you see, and kind of funky, and I like that. It's a little hard to tell without your head, though.

#5 hands down. The ivory dress with the rosette on the hip. By far the best on you. I tried on something similar to the first one when I went shopping.

I'm going off your blog here.

One gives you a nice shape.

Two is very fake Ren-faire. I hate it on you.

Three is nothing special.

Four is pretty good, but would look better with a sweetheart top.

Five is okay but the fabric is kind of dumpy looking.

Six is awful. Not you, the dress.

Seven is perfection on you. It is super flattering, would have great movement, and is unique without being all "let's throw a ton of beads and crap on this dress to make it super fancy."

Seven gets my vote by a million miles. My second favorite is four.

My favorites: #3, #4 (the sash reminds me of Bec's), and can't decide if I love or dislike #7... do you have any pictures of the neckline?

I love the first two. Really, a lot. The off-the shoulder one is especially gorgeous.
I also think the last one is really flattering and gives you a great waist line. You've got some really good options. What are you leaning towards?

I hate the second one. The little sleeve things plus the striahgt across neckline going into the sleeves makes you look wider. Not cool.

I love seven. It's so flattering and very romantic looking.

I am beginning to think I need to pick out a different picture of #2 because it's very slightly in the lead to be my favorite and no one else likes it, haha!

Seven appears to have it by a mile, I think, so far, except, of course, that it's strapless. Sorry, daffodil_jill. I hate to see Mike suffer.

My favorites are 3 and 4.

1 I don't like, I feel like it makes you look short.

I would be in love with 7 if the neckline hugged your body a bit more.

I LOVE 7 and 5 is pretty great, and I think it probably looks better in person. I think the lack of lighting is making it seem less off color than it probably really is. You look fantastic!
