Invitation Inserts!

I am working on specifically the Directions/Accommodation insert(s) and the Reception insert.

I was talking to my mom last night about how I wasnt sure what text to put on them and she was like why dont you as your wedding boards - great idea mom I dont know why I didnt think of that earlier :). I must talk about you all enough too for her to think of that :).

    I made a tri-fold brochure that I fit behind the actual invite card.  The first page had a welcome message, the back page had important contact info (hotel, MOB, taxi, church, reception), the inside flap had a timeline of events (ceremony, reception, brunch), and the entire inside was a large map with all the important places marked on it, including addresses.  I saw several guests with them at the wedding, so I know they came in handy.  I can email you a copy if you PM me.

    We have three inserts.  One for the details card which includes ceremony, reception, and hotel accommodations adresses and also the address for our website.  It has a cute saying on the top welcoming them.  Then we have our RSVP card and another card with the map of where the three locations are of church, reception, and hotel.  We also have the actual invite bringing our whole invitation to 4 different cardstock docs that will be inserted into a nice pocket with  a ribbon.  I can PM you our whole doc as well.  It just got finished!

    All I've done is put the maps and directions onto a half sheet.  I took the maps and directions off the PEC website, adjusted the map so it was a little clearer, and fit everything so it could fit on half a sheet of paper.  I just added a little note at the bottom of the directions telling people to look at our wedding website for accommodation information.
