  IKEA has a ton of colored candles.  I don't remember if they were unscented though.  The price was pretty good.

  Yes, IKEA!  We got all of our candles there, and they were unscented -- can't beat the prices and the quality was better than expected (we got the larger sized tealights, and they outlasted our 5 hr reception!)

  They have candles that are between votive and tealight size, but are shaped like votives so they look nicer than tealights ... ha, I guess they're half-size votives if that makes sense.

  
  

  They are long-lasting and super cheap. I highly recommend them. They also come for free with any votive holders you buy from there (also very inexpensive!).
