Crystal Plaza's food in Livingston

We are getting married at the Crystal Plaza in January.  They don't do tastings and have a huuuuge menu from which to choose reception food.  I am looking for recommendations since neither my fiance or I have ever been to an event there.  Everyone says it's good but I want specific recommendations for dinner and coctail hour.  Thoughts?

    Never ate there either, went there to look at when we were looking and there menu is def huge!!!

    I went there for a wedding not that long ago. I loved the risotto station during the cocktail hour and we had the prime rib for dinner which was also pretty good. Other then that I don't remember too much!

    i have no revues for you, but i'm jealous your wedding is there! i'm very happy with meadow wood manor though, and just had our tasting :) odd that Crystal Plaza doesnt have tastings!
