CEW--in my world, a "boob" shirt is a super tight, usually really thin shirt that is cut nearly down to the navel. It's necessary to have the bra completely falling out. It's important that the boobs are then falling out of the bra. It's also important to answer phones dressed like that at work.

I almost got arrested last weekend for having a fake ID... but I don't have a fake ID, it was my real one! My ID is still from OK because I have yet to transfer my car title to TX and this cop pulled me out of a bar and kept asking me over and over and over what my birthday and address were, like maybe if he asked me 7 times I would end up forgetting and he could arrest me.
