  my mother purchased her's at Coronet's on Street Road in Feasterville.  They are opened 12-4.

  I'm pretty sure most places are open on Sundays.  I know when I went dress shopping, I went on Sunday.  Many places ask that you make appointments on the weekends though.

  Country Bride in Lansdale is open on Sundays now b/c its prom season.

  I live in Jersey, but the places I went to were by apt only on sundays.

  I love Ashley's Bridal on York Rd in Warminster but they are closed Sundays.

  
  

  David's Bridal is always open. 

  
  

  and Mark (marc?) Henry on Street Rd in Feasterville. not that far from David's - in a strip mall on a hill.
