Will the cheese cakes be okay or does anyone have any ideas on how to keep them cold?

Cheesecake can NOT sit out that long unrefrigerated.  Can you just keep them in a fridge until you serve dessert and than have them set out?

ETA:  I was pretty sure 4 hours is the cumulative time cream cheese can be left unrefrigerated.  This is from a post on cakecentral.com.  The poster is a professional baker
"The unrefrigerated life of cream cheese is an accumulation of four hours. Then it starts to create bad bacteria.

Look at the cottage baking laws--nothing perishable. Fruit fillings and Cream Cheese top the list of hazardous foods."

Foodsafety.gov also says 4 hours for cream cheese.

Those scrumptious little bites need to be the fridge.
