DO NOT USE ARTISTIC WEDDING PHOTOS IN PLYMOUTH

The photographers are great until after your wedding.  They took great pictures and were very prompt when it came to my wedding day, but its been 7 months since my wedding I still don't have my pictures!!  They don't return phone calls or emails and are never there.  A very badly run business!!!

    I see you've been a member of The Knot for quite some time. I'm very sorry to see that your first post on the boards is of this nature. I'm not sure if a time frame was stated in your contract but I know some knotties have waited even longer to receive their photos. You did mention they were very good before and during the wedding, would it be fair to assume they are attending to other clients?? IMO being busy is by no means an excuse for poor customer service. This board is international so I'm afraid you may not get feedback here. It may be beneficial to post this on the local Detroit board, to see if any ladies there have had similar experience with them. If you remain unable to make contact with this company, I'd seek assistance from your local Better Business Bureau.
