Finally! My B-Pics - WARNING... Might be a little more of me than you wanna see...lol

So I finally have some images to share... I'm getting super annoyed with my photog... So not only are a some of my images out of focus, or under/over exposed, (especially the ones with the jersey I had made), some of the images I wanted didn't come out, but after I waited paitiently to download all of my images, when I opened them they all still had the watermark on them!!!! UGH... so here are some of the images...but with the annoying watermark...

I still think I have enough to make an nice album for FI and I know he will love them.. BUT I felt that they could have came out soooo much better...

Thoughts???

FYI.... I may take these down after a day or two... not sure I want these floating around...

I agree that your photographer could have done a better job. But I love the picture of you in the window where you can see the numbers. That's an awesome picture!

I'm considering putting in a complaint with my photog... but I'm not sure how much good that would do since I don't think there is enough time to redo them and have an album back. I paid $400 and I still need to pay for an album.

I do remember when she was doing the photos, for the first 1/2 of the session she kept complaining that her camera settings were off... so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I did see a sneak peek of some of the other girls that she did photos for that same day (I was the first session at 8am!) and the few that I saw look sooo much better than mine.

I'm not sure exactly what I should say though... I'm a tad dissapointed that I waited a month for these and this is what I get. Out of the 75 photos she sent me only about 30 of them are useable

First off, Jen you look AMAZING! Love the bra and as nik said, the pic of you in the window where you could see the jersey is HOT!

If something was off with her camera and you've seen others that look better you should say something. If you are uncomfortable with telling her you are comparing your photos to her other sessions that day, just express that you are unhappy about the quality of your photos and mention how you overheard her complaining about her camera during the session.

If I were in your situation, I would make a small flip book style album, like 2.75x3.5, with what you have to give to your FI for the wedding with the promise of more to come so that you have time to sort out this mess with the photographer.

She knows she did shoddy work and I'm sure if you just voiced that you are dissattisfied then she will do another shoot for you or refund your money. Maybe she doesn't know how to approach the situation and that's why it took her so long to get these to you. Just call her and talk with her. Tell her what you have been saying to us.

I LOVE the bra !!!!!!!!!!!! I think they look good. I agree some could have been better (not with you but with the photog) but I think some of them turned out REALLY good. FI is going to love it i promise

Thanks Ladies! I reached out to the photog and she says she's going to see what she can do. I did a quick edit myself to a pic and I think it looks a bit better... I'm sure FI will ike them no matter what... I just wished I had more than I can use than having to pick out the few that are good...

Your edit looks great. I think hers look like you are in a dark back room, when they should really be highlighting you and your body. There are quite a few where the top of the picture is dark like on your face. I think that's what is really bothering me about them.

I would definitely speak up....especially after seeing your edits!!! I also love the window picture! And the one with the Bears shirt is fun, too!

The bra is INTENSE! I still cannot believe you made that. How long did it take? How much did you have to spend in crystals if you don't mind me asking? I feel like I would have to multiply both by a million to do one for myself.

Jen- I want to say first that you look GORGEOUS!!! I am sorry you feel like the photographer didn't do the greatest job. I know with mine we went through a few hundred and I hated most of them so don't feel too bad about that, I think it is the nature of the type of session. I think the ones you showed looked great and the edit you did made that photo look even better!!! I am glad you reached out to the photographer though and hopefully she can help some. I love you bra though! So sparkley and sexy!

I'm going to agree with others and say your photog could have done better. However- you look insane hot. And on the bra- would you consider a commission on one? It looks fantastic and I need something like that to jazz up my lingerie. How much time/$$ did you spend on that?

Since I do boudior photography I can tell you that she did not do a good job. You look amazing but she had no lighting to create a mood!

Did she use any time of flash? I would complain and you shouldn't have to pay her!

First I think you look freaking amazing!!!! I love the bra and those jerseys. He's going to flip! I'm glad you complained because I agree with the other girls. The lighting wasn't great and I think for that money you should be happy with the product.

Thank you all for your support! After speaking with my photog, she said there was some setting applied to all the photos when she uploaded from lightroom to smugmug (whatever that means). She recreated my gallery and the images look A LOT better.... and I'm feeling better about them now

Thank you all so much on the compliments on my bra... it was a fun project and I know he appreciates that kind of stuff... so I can't wait till he see the pics and then see's it "in real life"!

I spent a lot of time on it, but I only worked on it while he was sleeping..lol... I think if I didn't want it to be a surprise I could have finished it after a few couple hour sessions. Since I splurged on genuine swarovski crystals it came with a nice price tag... but I wanted that baby to sparkle! I was inspired by the many nights I watched Burlesque LMAO

I think I put about $125 - 150 or so in crystals. It's hard to give an accurate # since I bought crystals for my shoes, cake topper and bra and ordered in a few shipments.. but I think that's close. I wore it for my pics and will wear it on my wedding day when I'm getting ready and then again on my wedding night... it may make appearances on anniversaries too...lol

I would definitely be willing to make another... but I can't talk details about that on this site so if you want more info feel free to message me via Facebook

Jen I think that the re-edits came out great! It definitely seems as though something was off with the lighting / color when she sent you the first pics! But this last one you just posted you can see that she brightened it up and looks so much better! You must be so glad that asked her about it and that it was an easy fix!
Your FI is going to LOVE his album!!!
