Anyone had Caesar's reception catering? How's the food?

Hi all...
Since I'm from out of town, the odds of me being able to taste the food at our reception venue are pretty low.  Who out there has had experience with this?

We're looking at the following 2 entrees...

Roasted NY strip with fondant potatoes and California roasted ratatouille
Grilled chicken with thyme demiglace, fingerling potatoes and mustard greens.

We're also looking at doing a few butler passed hors d'oeuvres:  the brie, mini beef wellingtons and the chicken skewers.

Let me know if you've had experience and what you thought!

    Are  you having an in-suite or ballroom reception?  I have no experience with their catering...I'm JW.

    I've never seen a ballroom review on here but you never know!  Someone may have at least tried it...

    I've only seen two ballroom receptions on here, ever-- one is jcsswl ( think that's her name) and she had hers at Caesars.  Try PMing her/looking up her bio on the Vegas Knotties, Past & Future page-- she's really nice!

    Hey

    My wedding is on July 5th and we are doing a ballroom reception in Caesars so I will defo put up reviews. We have the Venus (I think thats what its called) catering package with add ons and have NY Strip as one of the entree options.JCSSWL has reviews in her bios and has been really helpful.

    Will keep you posted.
