Weddings at Edinburgh USA In BP..

Im wondering if anyone has been or had or known someone that has had a wedding here?
 How was it?
 We looked at it and are seriously thinking of doing it here  We have 3 places in mind.
 We loved the lady that showed us around! Super nice and i think its just beautiful!  I grew up in BP when i was younger so has some meaning to me.

 We love the idea of only having to worry about meeting a 3k mini! ( We prolly go over but at lease we dont got to worry about meeting one !)

 Any thoughts would be great!!! Also thanks for all the help!!

    I have been to 4 weddings there and each one was beautiful! Their food is amazing as well!

    A friend of mine had her reception there 2 Decembers ago. Very pretty and the food was decent, but not amazing. The wedding itself was gorgeous and the venue was great!

    I've been to a wedding there as well (upstairs room) and it was great! Large room and great food!

    We're having our wedding at Edinburgh USA.  Edinburgh uses Lancer Catering - and Lancer is a great company.  The customer service is great and the food is great.

    My FI's sister also had her reception there, and his mom cannot say enough good things about it!

    Note that you can only get married there if you book the upstairs room.  You get married on the patio.

    We looked at it today and are strongly considering it as well.  We want to have our wedding sometime next spring/summer 2012 on a Saturday so it has a $7,000 food and bev minimum.  Why do weddings have to cost so much :(  Did you end up booking it?  Anyone else have any opinions on it or suggestions for similar venues?
