Marriage license requirements

So, it looks like all we need to get our marriage license is a photo ID, our social security numbers, and the fee. At least 5 days in advance, and it's good for 6 months. This almost sounds too easy. Am I missing something?

I'm in Hennepin County, if that makes a difference.

Nope, you got it. When we went in, they didn't even ask for our ID. It was pretty easy!

Just make sure you read it over carefully before you leave. They had my birthday wrong, and were able to change it right then.

Don't forget your check for $110 ($115?) too, and patience to wait in line

If you've done 12 hours of prep classes you get a discount, and the license is only $40. We got a notarized form from our priest to present when we got our license.
