  Well there are very few fresh flowers that come in a natural blue color.  Hydrangeas, cornflower and blue delphinium are pretty much your only option.  Hydrangeas and delphinium are available year round but costs could vary depending on the time of year.
  
  Not sure what your color scheme is, but just because you have blue in your color scheme does not mean that your flowers have to be blue too.

  I agree with Maggie. Your flowers don't have to be blue but if you want to go the blue route look into:

  Hydrangeas

  Carnation

  Iris

  Tinted blue roses

  You could go with white flowers.. that'd be very pretty and you'd have many more options.
