Venue with show similar to Villa Barone Manor

We went to a few places in Westchester and the Bronx - VIP Country Club, The Surf Club, Glen Island, Beckwith Pointe, Villa Barone Manor and Marina del Rey. We absolutely loved Marina del Rey - the view and the hall is beatiful and then we went to Villa Barone Manor and loved the show but didn't like that they have no view. Also, I've been to many weddings at Villa Barone and wanted something different.

Any suggestions in the tri state area for reception halls with entrances similar to villa barone? or even that have a special/different entrace?

Thanks!

What do you mean by special entrance and show? What do they offer? I once went to a wedding there, but I didn't see this "entrance".

VBM several things like you come into the hall in an elevator that comes up from the floor, they have these 'firework' type things that they put on the dance floor for our first dance and on the vianese (sp?) table, and etc....

Oh okay. Is that something that many places offer? If not, and it's what you really want, maybe you should go for it.
Come to think of it, I did see the sparklers on the viennese table. I wasn't there for the ceremony or bridal entrance because I was traveling down from Niagara on the Lake from a wedding I was in the day before. It was quite the crazy weekend!

OK. how was the wedding over all and the food?

The wedding was nice. To tell you the truth, I don't even remember the food. I don't remember thinking it was bad, so it must've been good... Sorry, I'm not much of a help there! I do remember the viennese table being gigantic, but again, nothing I ate left an imprint in my memory.
