I'm bored at work..trying to avoid making cold calls.

The morning thread is dead so I thought I would see if anyone was around to chit chat with.

All I see are a bunch of etiquette threads. Really, who posts those here anyway? Lol.

Hey Crash. I'm watching Bones. He just texted saying he was still at work and didn't know when he was going to be heading home. Their server crashed two nights ago and they're still dealing with the results.

ETA: By "he" I mean H.

I just read that thread Chrissy. I had a complete change in my view of OP as I read it.

I was strongly encouraged to leave work and come home early. I think I might have the stomach bug that's going around but I can't tell for sure. I shut my door and caught up on paperwork before I left.

Petal I feel duped in that thread. I honestly don't remember people who post and don't have sig pics or avatars. So I didn't know it was the two weddings girl from a couple of weeks ago. I wish she would have come out with the full issues from the beginning. I realize it can take time to get the full story, but now we all look like a bunch of asshats for focusing so much on the etiquette of the GF not being invited.

Mk-I get what you are saying but no one should feel bad and I don't think anyone was mean to her at all.

I was thinking she was a little ridiculous based on what was posted at the beginning. I think everyone being direct and telling her how she was wrong was what prompted her to share more details. I think now she is getting really helpful advice from genuine people.
