Am I wrong for being this mad??

So me and my FI have been engaged since right before Christmas last year.  We knew we wanted an August or September 2012 wedding so we just started the planning and booked our reception site.  My cousin just got engaged last week and I told her when we were planning on getting married and where.  I just found out that she is getting married 5 months before me and booked the same place!  I AM FURIOUS and we got into a huge fight!!   Do I have a right to feel this way or am I just over reacting??

    Hi there!! I believe I saw posted elsewhere that you're having yours at the Highlands (me too!). I would talk to Bob and tell him what's going on, I'm sure he'd be more than willing to give you some suggestions on how to make yours different, or how to (not to be petty... but....) one up. He's a really great guy and I'm sure he'd be glad to help. Are you both getting married in the gardens?

    Also, just a random suggetion, but up-lighting can really transform a room. It'd cost extra, I'm sure, but the transformation could really help your cause.
