Pre-made Bouquets from Costco

My friend is gettng married next year and is considering the bouquet packages from the Costco website.  What is your experience with these?

I've seen lots of reviews for the bulk flowers but I'm wondering about the wedding/bouquet packages.

Thanks.

Re: Pre-made Bouquets from Costco

  • I ordered the pre-made 20 piece package of white roses from Costco. I could not have been more happy (in fact I wrote a long review on their website). They have multiple types of packages for different colored roses, other flowers.

The flowers have to be ordered at least 30 days in advance.
They WILL swap out centerpieces for bouquets, and vice versa. I seem to recall the package comes with a bridal bouquet, 2 BM bouquets, and I think 4 centerpieces. I needed 4 BM bouquets, and they just reduced the number of centerpieces by 2 and made 2 more bouquets. The only thing they can't change out is the # of bouts and corsages. I had extra corsages and gave one to the violinist and the soloist.

They supply an extra long stemmed bunch of about 12 roses for "petals", but I cut the stems and placed that in a vase on the cake table.

Have them arrive 2-3 days before the wedding. Someone has to be there to accept the order and unpack them
I placed them in the basement in glass vases, with water up to the ribbon wrap. The bouts and corsages should be kept in the small glass "chemistry tubes", and placed in the refrigerator, standing up. I used large coffee mugs to make sure they stood up.

Everyone was pleased with them. They lasted at least 2 weeks after the wedding, I put mine and my daughter's in vases.

I gave them very high marks in my review.
