After literally months of shoe shopping, my dream wedding shoes arrived on Saturday! They are gorgeous BUT the arch in the shoe doesn't match up with the arch in my foot so there's a noticeable gap between my foot and the shoe. Great....just my luck! The truth is I would wear them anyway except that the sides of the shoe are open and it is quite obvious that they don't fit well. They are way too expensive to be trying to improvise so they're all boxed up for the return.
I'm trying to make myself feel better by saying they make me super tall and I would be towering over most everybody at the wedding (FI included...lol) but I love, love, love everything about these shoes. All I can think about is how beautiful the pre-ceremony shoe shots would be with these. Crazy, I know.
