Yay just booked my cakery

We're going with spoon fulla sugar they are a little more expensive than I wanted and they don't do the amazing sugar flowers like sweet water bakehouse does but they're cake makes up for EVERYTHING. It is SOOO good plus we are getting chocolate covered strawberries on our cake instead of the flowers. Which I guess will be ok.

    Awesome!  We're going with Spoon Fulla Sugar also and I totally agree about their great tasting cakes!  We had one tasting and we're going back in a few weeks for one more b/c there were other ideas we had that we didn't think about on our first visit.  We want a relatively plain cake with just a few real flowers on it, so it didn't matter to me if they didn't make sugar flowers.  Our favorites so far are their red velvet and pumpkin spice cakes!

    I loved their red velvet but Fi didn't. Plus there is going to be red on the outside of the cake and that would be just TOOO much red.

    Oh boy I totally agree!  I tasted there and there cakes/fillings were AMAZING!  Out of our price range so we went somewhere else, but we're getting my mom's birthday cake there!  My favorite was their white cake filled with their homeade Italian white buttercream and fresh strawberries.  Mmmm!!!
