Renting beach house for wedding/reception??

Has anyone rented a beach house for their wedding ceremony and reception? I'm looking for a beach house that can accomodate 100 guests and be close enough to the beach for the ceremony (walking distance). I see a lot of vacation rentals online but was wondering if anyone has actually done it! I'm looking for anywhere between Malibu and San Diego. Any ideas or contact information? I've contacted a few rental homes but they said no to weddings. Please help!! Thanks!!!

Have you checked out the Adamson House?  It's lovely.

Do you know how much the Annenberg Community Beach House would cost? I like the idea of having a casual beach wedding with some casual food and drink afterwards.

Not sure, but they definitely have lots of different spaces. I'm sure it depends on how much you rent out. You just have to email their events coordinator. They might also have a list of caterers they've worked with.
