Our parents are taking care of so much so it wouldn't be right to ask them to take on another task and it's too short notice to have anyone fill in. Should we just scrap the bridal party altogether? HELP! :(

  Or you can pay for the rental of the three tuxes yourselves.  No need to ask the parents to do this.

  Umm no, there doesn't need to be even numbers so the ones who didn't get their tuxes just won't be in the wedding. Otherwise, maybe see about them just dressing up in a nice pair of dress pants and a white shirt. Chances are it won't look that strange since 3 of the 5 would be doing this.

  These are the options I see:

  
  

  1) Pay for the tuxes for them.  Although this isn't ideal, if you really want them to be in your wedding party in the attire you desire, it may be your best option.

  2) Don't pay for the tuxes, and if they don't get the tuxes in time, they have removed themselves from the wedding party.  

  3) Don't pay for the tuxes, but tell them they can wear something they already own (a suit, black pants with a dress shirt and tie, etc.)

  
  

  These are not good options:

  1) Scrapping the entire bridal party.  This would essentially mean you are kicking other people out of your wedding party because 3 people couldn't get their sh*t together.  If I was a BM or one of the other GMs and I was told I was no longer in the wedding party (after I had been responsible and paid for my attire), I would be angry and devastated.  

  
  

  2) Replacing them.  This is a slap in the face not only to those guys you are replacing, but the ones you replace them with.  These fill-ins will be second choices and feel that way.  I know you said it is too short of notice, so you aren't planning on this, but I just wanted to give you a heads up that even if you had more time, replacing someone would be very rude.

  Thanks everyone! I think I may have my girls walk alone. They do deserve to be in the wedding bc they are my close friends and family...they also ordered their dresses without any hassle.

  I completely agree with PP's. Have the two that have paid stay in, keep your girls and tell the other 3 to either pay for the tuxes or come as guests.  I am sure once they think about how it would feel to have to explain to people why they are no longer groomsmen they MIGHT be able to come up with the money.
