I'm so excited, it's a 3 bedroom house that our church own - they wanted to rent it out to someone who has connections with the church, so we went last week to discuss it and gave them an offer for it - and I got an email last night to say they've accepted the offer! I'M SO EXCITED. it means no agency fees, no credit checks and no need for a guarantor. Fiance moves in on August 1st and I'll move my stuff in but won't live there till we're married.
Ecstatic, it's SUCH an answer to prayer.
and my fiancé got offered full time contract at his work yesterday too.
