  I would just let her wear that dress and have it altered to fit her.  My cousin is just 2 years older than your junior bm.  I am not calling her a junior bm because I am pretty sure that would offend her, and I am having her wear the same dress as the other ladies who are 15 to 20 years older than her.

  Buying an adult J. Crew dress and then having it altered down seems like it'd cost a fortune. If they can even do it (or if the dress would even look appropriate on a young girl).
  
  How about something like this? You could get it in a similar green color, or maybe in whatever your opposite wedding color is. Or get a neutral color (champagne, brown, silver, black) and add a cypress-colored ribbon sash so she ties into the other girls:

  Does J crew make sashes in that color?
  
  Would one of your secondary wedding colors work with that color as a sash? That's what I would do personally.
  
  Otherwise, maybe put her in a champagne dress (very neutral) and put the J crew sash on it.
  
  If there is no sash in that color, then I would probably either put in the regular BM dress or find another dress at JCrew, obviously not a Jr BM dress but a less grown up dress and put her in cypress.
  
  I just don't think DB has anything exactly like that color.......sucks.

  My FI's daughters are 8 and 11. I got them a different dress than the BM's but since there are two of them it worked out. But, I think you could get her a dress from JCrew in Cypress that is age appropriate and have it altered.

  Thanks for all of your ideas ladies! I like the sash idea personally....I'll have to get in touch with JCrew to see if they would do that.  Otherwise, I'll just have it altered.
