  I went to highschool with the owner of The Powder Bar, and she does amazing work!!!  I believe she is based out of Sussex county now, but I know she travels.  Have a look!

  I personally suggest Gina Brozon for makeup and Jeanine LaMacchia for hair.
  
  You can also search our Nj board for "hair" or "makeup" and most likely find a bunch of threads asking this question, with many suggestions.
