  I may be in the minority on this, but she should be stripped of her teachers license. What kind of example does she set for those middle school girls? Basically if a young girl is short on cash, instead of finding a job she should just go star in buttsecks and gang bang movies. I'm sorry, but moral fiber is something that should be part of a teachers job description.

  i have issue with parents pointing out to their 13 year old daughters porn stars. i don;t understand why kids need to know about these things to being with that it even makes a difference. to me, the point is moot. the kids shouldnt have any connection with porn in any way, and if they know about this then the parents have the problem.

  Convicted felons can only get certain jobs, why don't they deserve a second chance? Certain careers are designed for a higher level of character. No one would elect a president that was in porn. Shoot lots of jobs have a morality Claus. Especially in this day and age, where every year you hear about a female teacher having an affair with a minor, how could anyone think that having a person that would basically sleep with anyone for the right price is a good person to mold the minds of your child?

  The issue really is about sex and puritanical attitudes about it.  Porn wouldn't make money if people didn't want to watch it.  I don't think liking a gang bang or anal sex means you have lower moral fiber...it means you have a kink/fetish/sexual attitude that should be worked out between you and your partner(s) and the viewers who are all consenting adults.

  I think it would be hard on her to deal with the kids because once they see or hear something it doesn't go away. I could see them facebooking the link to all the kids. It would get ugly.
  
  Heck, I wouldn't be surprised about things some of our teachers have done outside of school, but it needs to stay well hidden.

  i think it's more damaging to the kids if they find mom and dad's video sex tape versus their teacher's tape. sex isn't necessarily evil, unless the teacher is doing it with the students.

  Oh BTW.  morality clauses are written contracts signed by the potential employee prior to starting the job.  There is no "understood", the employer's idea of moral conduct is explicitly spelled out.  Oh yeah, they infringe on your rights too, but it's still an "optional contract" to enter into...because you don't have to take that job.

  Flany, I think it depends on the teacher and her approach once it got found out. She would have to have been a GRADE A AWESOME teacher before that and had the respect of her students.
  
  I've seen them go to bat for teachers that they felt were great teachers. Many parents would move their kid out of the class because of the distraction factor, but the district would put her on paid leave, and then get rid of her. That's usually how it's done.

  People don't have to agree. Do you know why? My opinion is the right one. Did you read the article or just this thread? She was fired, the school board believed that it was detrimental to the school as long as the videos can be found on the web. She appealed the decision and lost in the court if law.
