Cute Registry Idea

I was talking to a friend who was married a year ago and was a TK poster. She said that all the girls on her board picked something to register for that was the same. Theirs was a brown sugar bear (clicky) and she says she smiles everytime she sees it.

I think it would be really cute if we did something like this, too. Anyone interested??

we haven't made our registries yet so we'd be open to anything. Britt, do you guys have any of these stores up in canada:
bed bath and beyond
macy's
target
crate and barrel
pottery barn
other department stores?

??? those seem like some of the most common places to register, atleast around here, i think. and also there's some items that are sold in more than one place.

I'm in! I also still like the idea of doing a secret santa in the late sumer for an item to be displayed somewhere in the recipient's reception. Did anybody still want to do that?

BB&B could work. I've also noticed that them and Macys have like an 80% overlap so I think a lot of stores would carry the same things.

Anyone have any ideas???

Britt- I was Katie's SS but her gift got lost in the mail. I'm currently working on a replacement even though she told me not to bother. I hate the stupid postal system...

We don't have Macy's here so we're kinda limited. I guess as long as it something similar it's ok.

I also really like the idea of an exchange in the summer for something to have at the reception. What a neat idea!
