S/O Nebb's Post - Nekkidness

Do you like the way you look naked? Why or why not?

Have you ever liked your naked body?

Lights on or off?

Re: S/O Nebb's Post - Nekkidness

  • Hell no. My butt is on backwards, I've got cottage cheese everywhere, and I have the arms of a 90 year old woman.

Nope. I've been larger all of my life.

Off, but I don't mind sunlight.
  • No. Because I have crappy self esteem.

    Yes.

Off. Even when I liked my body, lights on still seemed awkward to me.

  • I hate it now. I've definitely let myself go I think.

I used to think I was hot shiit naked, at the end of high school and first 2 years of college. I still think I was hot shiit. Even after I gained a little bit of weight I liked to strut my stuff, but not so much now, 40 extra lbs later.

Oddly enough, I don't remember the last time we had sex with lights off. I think it has more to do with our work schedules than my nekkidness opinion though.

  • I dont find my nakedness attractive right now, though I am warming up to it and enjoy it more than I did earlier in the year.

I used to LOVE my naked body when I was 18-23, but then I started gaining weight and i became painfully self concious.

Lights on or off, even if they are off the streetlight outside our house shines in and we can still see eachother.
  • Meh, I look alright naked.  I mean, it's hard to have muffin top when you're naked.

I didn't appreciate it for those few years when it looked awesome!  I miss being skinny.

    Off.

  • Not particularly. My self-esteem sucks.

I liked it when I was smaller.

    Off.

Not now.  I'm too jiggly and bumpy (yes, more info than you needed), but I like my boobs and my neck.  Hate my thighs, but I'm sure you've picked up on that my now.

Have you ever liked your naked body?
When I could wear M/L at Express, I was too cute.  I loved the curve of my body and I liked how I looked with clothes on or off.  That was about 12 years ago.  Sigh.

    Lights on or off?
Prior to the size I am now, it didn't matter.  Now, my preference is off.  But, at this point, FI and I could do it out on the deck and I wouldn't care that much.
  • Do you like the way you look naked? Why or why not? Yes. I never really had a problem with bathing suit season or anything. I have been pretty lucky. I actually really love being naked. Very sexy. Mike and I walk around naked all the time. TMI I know.

Have you ever liked your naked body? yup.

Lights on or off? Dim. Bright lights annoy me in general. Lights off you miss a lot of eye gazing and some really sexy parts of your partner. Mike thinks he is over weight and hates that I love to look at his body, but I do.
  • No, I don't. Although as I'm losing weight, I'm starting to like it a little bit.

No, never.  Even when I was much thinner, I still thought I looked awful. What an idiot I was.

On. FI likes my body and likes the lights on, and his enthusiam makes for a better time for me. Plus, I'm a morning kinda girl anyway.

  • Ok, after reading these repsonse I am thinking about how you all would look naked. WEIRD!

Haha -but the good news is, I seriously think all of you are super hot and are crazy for not liking being nekkid.

    1. I do.  I feel like a real woman the size I am, and when FI can't stop touching me I know that I am still beautiful even when I feel bad about my weight.

    2. I used to like my naked self more last year before I gained a lot of weight.  Now that our date is set I think I will finally get out of this apathetic stage I've been in for a while.

    3. Either, I don't care.
  • I don't mind being naked but I am not all out crazy naked like I used to be.

I was at my "hottest" around 31-33.  6 pack abs, crazy rear delts that made for a great shoulder, and an ass that was perkier than southern California blonde.  I was naked all the time.  Now, not so much, but like I said below, "Tomorrow is another day and I WILL be nekkid, in the living room, watching TV like nobody's business sometime in the future."

lights are usually out because we always seem to get a late start.

Somedays I do, others I dont. Today I do.
Because, somedays I have a poochy stomach which im not fond of.
Yes, I have loved how I look naked before, except the smallness of my boobs tends to get me down.

Lights off just because it bugs me when stuffis left on. I'm ok with lights on too though.
  • I love the way I look naked.  I always have, but I love myself even more now that I know I have a body I've worked hard for.

    Yup.

    On.

  • 1.  No.  I've gained 25 lbs in the past 6 months and I'm not ok with that.

    2.  Yes and no.  I've always had a little cellulite (thanks genetics) even when I was thinner, but it wasn't as noticable then.

    3. Off.  I used to like them on :/
  • Roxy, are you worried about the electricity bill?  hee
  • Hell. No.  DH does, though, which counts for a lot.

    No, not that I recall.

    Either.
  • No. I have a horrible body image. Opposite of many girls, I have always been considered too thin. (think 5'7" and 105 pounds. My ribcage could be mistaken for a xylophone.) Even now that I have gained weight, and actually look healthy, I am afraid I have gone from too thin to fat.

When I was younger I used to strut my bony little butt. And then I rediscovered modesty...

    Dim lights.
  • I guess I am just a little perve then Capri ;) But yeah, I didn't mean that in a creepy way. Just more like a beautiful woman way!
  • I waiver between feeling too thin, to feeling a bit self conscious of my cellulite bum. I'm skinny, but that doesn't mean I have good muscle definition.

With underwear on, I think I look pretty alright most of the time (aside from the abovementioned skinny/fat freakouts).

    Lights on.
  • I usually love how I look, but have lost some confidence lately since I'm so out of shape--I tore an MCL over the summer and haven't gotten much exercise since. I've only put on a few pounds but feel more jiggly than usual.

    Dim lights.

  • Eh, I have spots I don't like so much, but clothes actually accentuate that (pouchy stomach), so naked isn't bad at all.  I've got pretty awesome boobs, though.

I used to like my body in general a bit better, but my dislike of spots is relatively fleeting - if I'm not looking at myself in the mirror, I pretty much forget that I'm annoyed with some spots.

I prefer low lighting.  We usually end up in the dark, though, due to already being in the dark when things get started.

  • I wouldn't say I love my body, but I don't hate it either.

Yeah, until about 1.5 years ago.  I've gained about 15 pounds and really need to lose it again...

Off...On has always seemed weird to me unless --of couse it's daytime, then it's okay

  • Not really, I never have, I get uncomfortable, I think its because I lost a lot of weight, and I just have never warmed up to the idea of liking my body.

  • 1.  I am self conscious of my stomach.  It protrudes and has rolls and has cellulite.  I am pretty happy with the rest of my body and not concerned at all with the cellulite on my butt.  Although I do walk around naked.  A lot.

    2.  I used to be naked constantly and only developed body issues in my late 20s.  Although looking back I think I looked best in my early 30s.  Thats when I started working out and was toned and not just "loose skinny",

    3.  Mostly lights out.  I hate the stomach rolls.  But we do it a lot in the daytime.

  • At the moment my body is my enemy and I don't like it clothed or naked. Dh disagrees but what do men know. I really hate just being in underwear though. Clothes hide lumps and bumps and underwear make muffin tops, or as my sil jokes (about herself) cupcakes.

I liked my body about 20 pounds ago and during my honeymoon. I rocked it back then, but I gained about 20 pounds after the wedding (yeah, 7 months ago).

    Lights always off.
