    My husband is from DR. I was asking the same question. I ended up translating the program and having Love & Amor coaster favors. I would have had the ceremony in Spanish, but the guests that came all spoke English. If his mom came from DR for he ceremony, I would have definitely had a bilingual ceremony. The music for the reception had merengue and bachata mixed in. We got married in Las Vegas, but if it was in a Domincan area, I may of had a biscocho-type of wedding cake. I hope that helps.
