Is it safe?

So my uncle sent me some of his amazing famous fudge but it came while I was out of town so it wasn't refridgerated or anything for about a week. Do you think its ok to eat?

Hmm. I eat un-refridgerated fudge all the time and I am still alive.

Haha see thats the thing, I know fudge is served room temperature all the time but anytime we have his fudge its always cold.

yup. Safe. I have done it all the time. My grandfather would make fudge & ship it. It wasn't refrigerated for about a week. I mean sometimes it would melt, but it still would be good in a different kind of way.

Julez- he sent a lot! 2 bricks wrapped in tinfoil (T said it looks like we;re smuggling drugs) so I have plenty to share!

I vote yes, because fudge is too good to throw away. You'll soon find out if it's not ok, though.
