MB wedding coordinators

For those of you that have been married at MB or are soon to be married what has your experience been leading up to the big day? Have they answered your questions, been helpful, gotten back to you in a time full manner? I'm particularily concerned with how your experience was before you actually met your coordinator. My coordinator is Carey Reid, if any of you have worked her I would love to know what you thought too. Happy Planning!

    My coordinator at MB is Mischelle and she has been great to work with.  She usually gets back to me via email within a day or two of my inquiries.

    My WC Alyssa has been great! I usually get quick responses, she was like this before and after we signed our contract. She actually even sent me an e-mail not that long ago to "Just Check In" and I still had about 4+ months to go at the time. I have heard that they usually lay low until it gets closer to the day. I am sure that as time gets closer we will go over the last min details, so IMO they have been wonderful =)

    My WC is Carey as well. I've sent a couple emails the past few weeks and haven't heard boo. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt with the holidays, but will probably make a call this week if I don't hear back soon. This is the first hiccup dealing with Carey.

    I first had Mischelle, then switched to I think it was Alyssa (because of my short-notice shift).... they were pretty great at responding and I even asked "how quickly will you get back to me" and they exceeded what they put up.

    They also did a fantastic job of accommodating us when we switched our minds and decided to elope on our scouting trip.  Considering they had only 2 days to meet a lot of my demands... they were fantastic!!!

    Angela is our coordinator and she's been great.  Always responds to e-mails quickly.

    Mine is Alyssa as well. She's been really helpful and frendly so far. She never takes more than a day or so to reply to my emails.

    Thank you for all of the responses. The reason I asked is because my WC doesn't seem to be very helpful. Everytime I ask her about something she ends up either forgetting to follow up with the answer or she doesn't email me all together. I thought maybe it was because our wedding isn't until June but I didn't think that gave her an excuse to never answer my emails. It usually takes 2/3 emails to get an answer. I'm going to give her a week then I'm going to call... maybe the phone is just a better way to go.

    Let me know if you hear from Carey. I may be calling her in the next week as well. I just wanted to know when she needs the worksheets by?

    I thought she needed the worksheets 30 days before the wedding. But I only know that from reading it in the worksheets, I haven't talked specifically about that to her. But I was planning on mailing the worksheets a week or so before the 30 day mark.

    Our wedding coordinator was Mischelle.  She was not overly helpful and was not on top of things until the few days leading up to the wedding.  My husband usually was the one to talk to her on the phone.  I will say that she was nice about a few things, like letting us switch chapels and changing our minds about the aisle treatment.  So that was great!  I think most of the times, the coordinators are very busy with the weddings that they have that week.  I was a little put off by her attitude right before my wedding, and I almost had a Bridezilla moment, and snapped, "Well I guess I should have hired a REAL wedding coordinator since you cannot assist with anything," but I somehow remained calm and asked my personal attendant to ask another coordinator to help us.
